Artlandish Aboriginal Art Gallery offers our customers a unique "No Risk" Lay-by / Layaway payment program to assist our customers in obtaining that perfect artwork.
We realise that sometimes "right now" isn't the ideal time to make a purchase but the thought of missing out on that special one of a kind Aboriginal painting makes it difficult to say no. Well now you can have the best of both worlds with our unique payment program that allows you to obtain that piece of art without breaking the bank.
Customers can take advantage of our option to pay the Aboriginal artwork off over a number of months without the risk that the piece may be sold in the meantime. This gives you complete flexibility and enables you to relax knowing that you have plenty of time to pay for your favourite painting.
The most exciting thing about this payment option is the "No Risk" clause. This means if for any reason after paying the deposit and/or partial payment of the artwork you are no longer able to continue or complete the payment, rather than lose the deposit, payments already made and incur other charges as with most Lay-by / Layaway programs, Artlandish will enable you to choose other goods up to the value of the deposit/amount already paid.

Artlandish Lay-By / Layaway Payment program terms and conditions:
The maximum term of the Lay-by / layaway payment option is 6 months from the date the offer is agreed upon in writing
A 20% deposit is required before the goods can be placed on lay-by.
Part payments may be made at any time within the 6 month period. There is no minimum monthly payments required to keep the payment option active.
Final payment is required before or on the date the payment option concludes which shall be 6 months from the date of the agreement.
If after the 6 month period there is an outstanding balance on the account, a payment to complete the purchase will be required immediately. If for any reason that payment is not forthcoming, the customer (you) may choose to select alternate goods to the value of the amount already paid.
Once final payment has been received the goods will be dispatched immediately.
If on receiving the goods purchased through the Artlandish Lay-by / Layaway payment program the customer is not satisfied in any way with the goods, the customer may exchange the goods for other items up to equal value of the original item purchased through the payment program.
In this event all return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer and as all goods are the responsibility of the customer until they are received by us and we highly recommend that you insure the goods to be returned to the value of the purchase price.
Entering into the Artlandish payment program is a legally binding contract and all parties need to be aware of this.
The State of Western Australia does not have specific "lay-by" legislation so the conditions of this agreement are final subject to Fair trading and trade practises laws. More information on Lay-by's in Western Australia can be found here and here.
