Terms and Conditions / Rules
1. Promoter
The promoter is Artlandish Pty Ltd, trading as Artlandish Aboriginal Art Gallery, 10 Papuana Street, Kununurra, Western Australia 6743, Australia (“Artlandish”).
2. Eligibility
Entry is open worldwide to persons aged 18 years or over, except where participation in such a promotion is prohibited by the laws applicable to the entrant.
Employees, directors and immediate family members of Artlandish Pty Ltd, and any person directly involved in conducting the promotion, are not eligible to enter.
Commercial art galleries, art dealers and businesses principally involved in the commercial sale of art are not eligible to enter. The purpose of this giveaway is to award the artworks to private individuals rather than commercial art resellers.
3. Promotion Period
The promotion commences on Monday 7 September 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm AEDT on Wednesday 4 November 2026.
Entries received after the closing time will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
Entry is free. No purchase is necessary.
To enter, participants must complete the competition entry form by:
- providing their first name and a valid email address; and
- answering whether they currently own any Aboriginal art.
Only one entry per person is permitted.
Duplicate, automated, fraudulent or otherwise invalid entries may be removed.
Entrants must provide accurate information and use an email address through which they can reasonably be contacted if selected as a winner.
5. Email Communications
By entering the promotion and ticking the acceptance box on the entry form, entrants agree to receive email communications from Artlandish Aboriginal Art Gallery, including information about Aboriginal art, gallery news, new artworks, promotions and special offers.
Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link contained in Artlandish emails.
Unsubscribing from marketing emails after entering will not invalidate an otherwise valid competition entry.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with Artlandish’s Privacy Policy.
6. Prizes
There are three original Aboriginal artworks to be won, with a combined retail value of approximately AUD $2,500.
Three separate winners will be selected, with each winner receiving one artwork.
Each entrant may win a maximum of one prize.
The artworks displayed and identified as the competition prizes are the artworks that will be awarded.
Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
7. Prize Draw
The prize draw will take place on Thursday 5 November 2026 at:

Three winners will be selected at random from all valid eligible entries using a computerised random number or random selection process.
Each valid eligible entry will have an equal chance of selection.
The first eligible entrant selected will receive Prize 1, the second eligible entrant selected will receive Prize 2 and the third eligible entrant selected will receive Prize 3.
Artlandish will maintain appropriate records of the draw and promotion as required by applicable law.
Where reasonably practicable, members of the public may be given the opportunity to witness the draw. If this is not practicable, appropriate records confirming the draw will be retained.
8. Notification and Announcement of Winners
Winners will be contacted using the email address supplied with their entry as soon as practicable following the draw on 5 November 2026.
Artlandish may also contact winners through social media where the entrant can be reasonably identified.
The winners will also be announced on the Artlandish website and may be announced on Artlandish’s Facebook and Instagram pages.
For privacy reasons, Artlandish may identify winners using their first name and country, State, Territory or region rather than publishing their full personal details.
9. Claiming a Prize
A selected winner must respond to Artlandish and provide the information reasonably required to confirm their eligibility and arrange delivery of their prize.
If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond or does not claim their prize within 21 days of being notified, the prize will be considered unclaimed.
An unclaimed prize draw will take place on Friday 27 November 2026 at:

Any replacement winner will be selected at random from the remaining valid eligible entries and contacted as soon as practicable following the redraw.
10. Worldwide Delivery
Artlandish will pay the reasonable cost of postage, handling and delivery of each prize to the winner worldwide.
Delivery is subject to the availability of suitable postal or courier services to the winner’s location and to any applicable import, customs, quarantine or border requirements.
Where direct delivery to a winner’s address is unavailable or would require specialist, unusual or disproportionately expensive delivery arrangements, Artlandish may arrange delivery to the nearest practical location serviced by a recognised postal or courier service.
Artlandish will communicate with the winner before making such arrangements.
Any import duty, customs duty, tax, brokerage charge, clearance fee or other charge imposed by the winner’s country or jurisdiction will be the responsibility of the winner unless Artlandish expressly agrees otherwise.
Artlandish is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, border agencies, postal authorities or international courier services outside Artlandish’s reasonable control.
11. Unstretched Artworks
The artworks will be supplied unstretched and unframed, unless otherwise expressly stated in the promotion.
Any costs associated with stretching, framing, mounting or displaying an artwork after delivery are the responsibility of the winner.
12. Verification and Invalid Entries
Artlandish reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and the eligibility of entrants.
Artlandish may disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, automated, duplicated, submitted using false information or otherwise fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Artlandish may also request reasonable evidence of an entrant’s identity, age or eligibility before awarding a prize.
These powers will be exercised reasonably and consistently with applicable law.
13. Prize Availability
If a prize becomes unavailable because of circumstances outside Artlandish’s reasonable control, Artlandish may substitute a prize of equivalent or greater value where permitted by law and subject to any regulatory approval that may be required.
14. Decisions and Disputes
The random selection of winners will be conducted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Artlandish’s decisions concerning eligibility, verification and administration of the promotion are final to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Facebook and Instagram
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook or Instagram.
Facebook and Instagram are not responsible for the administration of the promotion or the awarding of prizes.
By participating, entrants acknowledge that information supplied in connection with the promotion is being provided to Artlandish Pty Ltd and not to Facebook or Instagram.
To the extent permitted by law, each entrant releases Facebook and Instagram from claims arising from or connected with participation in this promotion.
16. International Entries
This promotion originates in Western Australia, Australia.
It is the responsibility of each entrant to ensure that entering the promotion and accepting a prize is lawful in their country, State, province or other jurisdiction.
Artlandish does not represent or warrant that participation in the promotion is lawful in every jurisdiction worldwide.
Where awarding or delivering a prize to a selected winner would be prohibited by applicable law, Artlandish may declare that entrant ineligible and conduct a redraw for that prize.
17. Governing Law
This promotion is conducted by Artlandish Pty Ltd in Western Australia and is governed by the laws applicable in Western Australia, Australia.
To the extent permitted by law, entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of Western Australia in relation to disputes arising from the promotion.
18. Changes or Cancellation
Once the promotion has commenced, Artlandish will not materially amend, cancel or withdraw the promotion except where permitted by applicable law and after obtaining any regulatory approval that may be required.
19. General
By entering the promotion, entrants acknowledge that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
Artlandish will conduct the promotion in good faith and will award all three prizes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
