How Artworks Are Sent
Ochre / Kimberley artworks are shipped on canvas or linen, already stretched, ready to hang unless stated otherwise.
Acrylic artworks are shipped on canvas or linen un-stretched, rolled up in a cardboard tube unless stated otherwise.
These artworks will need to be stretched on a stretcher board before hanging.
This can be done by nearly any picture framer (highly recommended) or you can DIY if you’re confident in your handiwork.
There are numerous "how to" videos on YouTube showing you how to achieve this.

Artwork Description
This artwork depicts water soakages, which are positioned in various significant places in the artist’s homeland Utopia in Central Australia. Soakages were traditionally important sources of water for Australian Aborigines in the desert, being the most dependable source in times of drought in Australia. Aboriginal people scoop out the sand or mud using a Coolamon or woomera, often to a depth of several metres, until clean water is gathered in the base of the hole. Knowing the precise location of each soakage is extremely valuable knowledge.
