Artlandish 25th Anniversary Review Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

• This competition is open to all past customers of Artlandish Aboriginal Art Gallery who have received an invitation via email.
• Employees of Artlandish and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

2. Promotional Period

• The giveaway opens on January 28th, 2026] and closes on March 24th, 2026] at 11:59 PM AEST.
• The winner will be drawn at Artlandish Aboriginal Art Gallery, 10 Papuana St Kununurra Western Australia on the 25th of March 2026.

3. How to Enter

• Standard Entry (1 Entry): Submit a valid, published company review for Artlandish via the Reviews.io link provided in the invitation email or contact us and tell us you’d like to be entered into the draw and include details of your original purchase. Leaving a review is our preferred method of entry but it is NOT a requirement.
• If you filled out a survey after leaving a review you will receive 1 additional entry.
• Bonus Entry (3 Entries): Submit a company review that includes at least one (1) photo of your Artlandish artwork (e.g., hanging on a wall or in your home).
• Reviews must be genuine and based on a past transaction. Artlandish reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

4. The Prize

• The prize consists of one (1) Aboriginal artwork selected by Artlandish, valued at AUD $1,025.
• The prize includes shipping to the winner’s address anywhere in the world.
• Artlandish will bear responsibility for postage, handling and delivery of the prize to the winner. This includes to all areas deemed to be within reasonable distance of a major metropolitan area and not considered “remote” or requiring special delivery services.
• In the event that a winner requires delivery outside of this deemed area, Artlandish will bare the costs to deliver the prize to the nearest metropolitan point of collection that is accessible and falls within major postal delivery services for the region.
• The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
• The artwork is delivered un-stretched so the winner will need to have the artwork stretched or framed. Artlandish takes no responsibility for the costs associated in doing this. We will assist you to find a suitable framer if needed. Stretched looks better than framed IMO.

5. Photo Usage Rights

• By submitting a photo with your review, you grant Artlandish a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the image for marketing and promotional purposes (including social media, website, and email newsletters).
• You warrant that you own the copyright to any image submitted and that it does not infringe on the rights of any third party.

6. Winner Notification

• The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries using a random name picker app that displays results online for transparency. https://app-sorteos.com/en/apps/pick-random-name-winner
• The winner will be notified by email and results will also be displayed on our website and Facebook page within 2 days of the draw.
• If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 21 days, Artlandish reserves the right to redraw the prize. We will however, do everything in our power to locate the winner and we see this as an absolute last step in the process.

7. General

• Artlandish accepts no responsibility for late, lost, or misdirected entries due to technical disruptions or network congestion.
• The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, Tripadvisor or Google. You are providing your information to Artlandish Pty Ltd.
• Artlandish Pty Ltd operates in the state of Western Australia and adheres to all local laws and regulations as outlined in the laws governing the State of Western Australia.
